User Representations and Warranties

This website, and all information on the website, including, but not limited to, files, text, symbols, graphics, software and other materials, is the copyrighted property of RSI or its third party licensors. No person has the right or permission to copy, republish, use, display or create derivative works from this website in any form.
Electronic Signatures
You may choose to conduct certain transactions with Roche Bail Bonds (“RBB”) or RSI online and you may agree to receive information electronically. In order to do so, you will need a computer with a current version of a web browser, an active connection to an Internet Service Provider, and the ability to download and print documents.
When completing and submitting an online form to RBB/RSI you agree that: a) all information you are providing is true and correct to the best of your knowledge; b) you are providing your consent to the use of the electronic document; c) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions to the same extent as you had signed a paper document; and d) you signify your agreement and intent that your electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as if you had signed your signature in ink on a paper record.
Please ensure you print or save copies of online forms and documents and keep them for your records.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use this website to conduct any activity that is illegal, obscene, profane, pornographic, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, defamatory or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, or to violate the law in any way. You may not use the website to send any bulk emails or to engage in any activity that could overburden or damage RSI’s software or hardware.
In the event of any legal action, RSI reserves the right to disclose your identity and the content you submit and to cooperate in any resulting civil or criminal prosecution.

Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, these terms and conditions or the use of the website shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You consent to the jurisdiction of such court and agree to accept service of process issued by such court. These terms and conditions, together with RSI’s other policies and notices posted on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and RSI with respect to your use of this website.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Statement describes our use and protection of nonpublic personal information. RSI is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. In keeping with that philosophy, we have developed a Privacy Policy, set out below, that will ensure the continued protection of your nonpublic personal information and inform you about the measures RSI takes to safeguard that information.
Who is Covered?We provide our Privacy Policy to each customer when they purchase a bail bond through RSI. Generally, this means that the Privacy Policy is provided to the customer at the time a bail bond is issued.
Access to Information.Access to all nonpublic personal information is limited to those employees who have a need to know in order to perform their jobs. These employees include, but are not limited to, those in departments such as legal, underwriting, claims administration, and accounting.
Information Sharing. Generally, RSI does not share nonpublic personal information that it collects with anyone other than its policy issuing agency as needed to issue the bail bond as requested by the customer. RSI, however, may share information as required by law in response to a subpoena, to a government regulatory agency or to prevent fraud.
Information Security.RSI at all times strives to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information in its possession and has instituted measures to guard against its unauthorized access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with federal standards to protect that information.
